The company is female-founded (Cheval and two other co-founders), female-focused, and maintains the highest standards of quality in product, customer service, and company culture.

Part Time, Seasonal, Friday-Sunday Schedule, $15/hr
Responsibilities:
- Welcome/greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Introduce visitors to Cheval’s story, vision, and product
- Operate iPad-based POS to check customers out at time of purchase
- Light cleaning and tidying of the space on a regular basis
- Handle in a professional and timely manner all customer service needs
- Open and close the shop, following established protocol
- Manage inventory in a systematic, professional manner
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience is a must
- Retail experience is preferred, but not required
- Customer service minded
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Passion for fashion/women’s footwear
- Must be willing to work weekends
