Shipping Policy

She Is Cheval is happy to ship to customers worldwide! Please note that a street address is required for delivery, and merchandise cannot ship to any PO or APO box at this time. 

Normally, all orders ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of being confirmed. All orders with expedited shipping requested will ship out same day if placed before 3:00pm EST. However, due to high demand, our current ship times are 5-10 business days. We promise they are worth the wait! 

Shipping costs are as follows for US Domestic orders:

Standard (3-7 business days): FREE for orders $250 and over. For orders less than $250, standard ground shipping will range from $10 (accessories) to $18 (one pair of shoes), with higher rates for larger orders. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Starting on November 1, 2022, All International deliveries are handled by Passport DDP. Delivery can take 6-14 business days, and shipping cost includes all taxes and duties. Pricing is dependent on the items purchased (determining weight and volume) as well as the shipping destination. Shipping expense will be calculated prior to check out for your review and approval.
