HOLIDAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
She is Cheval would love to add some sparkle to your festivities this holiday season!
All purchases made between Nov 1-Dec 31 may be returned or exchanged by Jan 15, 2025. All eligible items may be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged as needed. Eligibility is determined as follows:
- International orders are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For quality concerns, please reach out to Howdy@sheischeval.com.
- Sale items are ineligible for refund, but may be returned for brand credit or exchanged for size/color based on availability.Â
- For your convenience, a return label will be provided through our Automated Portal. This label must be used for accurate shipping and tracking purposes.
- Return and exchange shipping is FREE for all purchases. Refunds to the original form of payment or brand credit (as applicable) will be processed once the item(s) is received to our warehouse.
- Original shipping costs incurred at the time the order was placed are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. At that point in time, you will receive confirmation via email that your return or exchange is complete.
