Return Policy

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: All orders placed November 15-December 31, will be eligible for return or exchange through January 14, 2024. Sale items and international orders are excluded from this policy and are not eligible for return.

To request a return or exchange and/or to report any order issues, please submit a request through our automated portal.

All eligible items purchased may be returned within 14 days of delivery to the original form of payment or exchanged as needed. Eligibility is determined as follows:

  • International orders are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are ineligible for return, exchanges are permitted based on size and availability. 

  • For your convenience, a return label will be provided through our Automated  Portal. This label must be used for accurate shipping and tracking purposes.

  • With the exception of instances of dissatisfaction at the fault of the company (i.e. product defects, wrong item received, etc), all returns will be subject to return shipping costs of $25, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • In the case of exchange, shipping costs will be waived for both the return and reship process.

  • Original shipping costs incurred at the time the order was placed are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. At that point in time, you will receive confirmation via email that your return or exchange is complete.

  • Returns will be processed back to the original payment if returned within 14 days.
