Refund policy

Please report any order issues or return requests through our Automated Claims Portal HERE

All eligible items purchased from She Is Cheval may be returned or exchanged as needed. Eligibility is determined as follows:

  • The return or exchange process must be started within 14 days of delivery.

  • International orders are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Last chance items are ineligible for return, exchanges are permitted based on size & availability. 

  • A refund will only be issued after successful inspection based on our rules of return: Products must be received in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered and in original packaging.  For instance, many styles have a protective film on the outsole, this must be intact to pass inspection. 

  • For your convenience, a return label will be provided through our Automated Claims Portal. This label must be used for accurate shipping and tracking purposes.

  • All returns will be subject to return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • In the case of exchange, shipping costs will be waived for both the return and reship process.

  • Original shipping costs incurred at the time the order was placed are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. At that point in time, you will receive confirmation via email that your return or exchange is complete. Applicable credit may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to show on your account, or longer depending on your financial institution.
