HELP! THE ITEM OR SIZE I WANT IS SOLD OUT - WHAT DO I DO?

As a small business built on creativity, we believe in curating a craft collection for our customers. As a result, many of our styles will sell out and/or require a restocking period. But never fear! Be sure to join our waiting list by placing a pre-order online, or if that option is unavailable please contact us at howdy@sheischeval.com. Our team will be happy to confirm when that certain style, size, or color will be available again. Please note that some styles are limited edition and may not return after being sold out.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER?

This means you get “first dibs”! You can place a pre-order on certain items ahead of the style being physically available. Since styles can sell out quickly and may be produced in limited edition, the pre-order process allows us to effectively “hold your place” to make sure you get the style and size you want. Please note that your card will be charged in full at the time of placing your pre-order. Only select styles and sizes are available for pre-order, as indicated on the style page.

I HIT "CONFIRM" TOO QUICKLY! HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

It happens to the best of us! Please email howdy@sheischeval.com, and we will do our best to accommodate the adjustments that you need.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER, AND I LOVE IT! BUT CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

Let's absolutely get that perfect fit! Please follow our return instructions and indicate the new product that you wish to order in exchange. As a courtesy we will waive your shipping cost on the replacement order.

She is Cheval shoes and accessories can be found online atsheischeval.com, as well as in-store at our NYC and DE pop up locations. You can also find our shoes sold at certain fashion boutiques - find the list here!

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE SIZE I SHOULD ORDER?

Our sizing is consistent with US and UK sizing as indicated on our size chart here!

MY FRIEND WILL LOVE EVERYTHING! DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Absolutely! eGift cards will be delivered electronically and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. eGift cards must be purchased separately from other items being ordered, and they will not incur any processing fees. eGift cards are non-refundable and can only be purchased in USD. WHAT'S IN THE NAME CHEVAL?

As a person, you may have known Cheval from the world of bridal design, cutting edge fashion, and positively sparkling social media. She can no longer publicly identify with her given name, as her previous employer claims ownership of it; so she introduced herself to the world as Cheval on August 8, 2022. Cheval is French for horse. For us as a brand, it's an ode to fortitude, running against the wind, and staying true to your imaginative mind.
